Ob9 believes online entertainment should bring joy, not stress. We provide the tools, guidance, and support you need to play in a responsible and sustainable way.
Ob9 equips every user with practical tools to stay in control while playing.
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. Once a limit is set, the ob9 system will not allow deposits to exceed the amount you've specified — no exceptions, no compromises.
Set how long you want to play in a single session. When your set time is almost up, ob9 will send you a reminder. This feature helps you stay aware of the time you spend on the platform.
If you feel you need a break from the platform, ob9 offers the option to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself. Once a self-exclusion request is activated, your account will be blocked immediately.
Monitor your own playing patterns through a detailed dashboard. View deposit amounts, win and loss records, and time spent — all in one easy-to-understand view.
Ob9 sends automatic notifications when you are approaching a set limit or when your gaming patterns show signs that warrant attention. This alert system is designed to help you make smarter, more informed decisions.
Ob9's trained support team is available 24/7 to assist you with any responsible gaming concerns. All complaints and requests are handled with complete confidentiality and without judgment.
Responsible gaming means enjoying betting and online gaming as a form of entertainment — not as a way to generate income or escape everyday problems. It involves self-awareness, good time and money management, and knowing when to stop.
At ob9, we believe every user deserves to have fun safely. That is why we do not just provide a sophisticated gaming platform — we also invest in a robust protection system to ensure your gaming experience remains positive and in control from start to finish.
Responsible gaming doesn't mean you can't have fun or win big — it means playing with full awareness of the risks, setting clear limits, and respecting those decisions. When the fun starts turning into stress, that's when ob9 is here to help.
It is important to recognise the early warning signs that betting activity may be becoming a problem. The sooner these signs are identified, the easier it is to seek help and return to healthy playing habits.
Here are some self-reflection questions. If you answer "yes" to three or more of them, we encourage you to contact the ob9 support team or seek professional help:
Answer honestly. This is for your own good.
Setting limits and using protection tools on ob9 is simple and can be done directly from your account settings. We designed these tools to be as accessible as possible — because we understand that sometimes you need to act quickly.
Sign in using your username and password. Make sure you are using a personal device and a secure internet connection.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner, then select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
In the settings section, look for a tab or section labelled "Responsible Gaming" or "Account Controls". This is where all protection tools are available.
Choose the type of limit you want to set — deposit, session time, or self-exclusion. Enter the value you're comfortable with and confirm your selection.
Set limits take effect immediately. Any attempt to exceed them will be automatically blocked by the ob9 system.
The ob9 platform is exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above. We take this responsibility very seriously and implement multiple layers of controls to ensure minors cannot access our platform.
All new users are required to complete a strict identity verification (KYC) process before making any deposits or withdrawals. This involves verifying a valid government-issued ID, ensuring only verified adults can access ob9 services.
If you are a parent or guardian, we encourage you to:
