As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure, ob9 may request identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or other supporting documents before processing withdrawals or in certain circumstances. This is a standard procedure designed to protect users and ensure regulatory compliance.
Ob9 supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. Ob9 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, banks or third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond ob9's control. All successful transactions are final and non-reversible except in circumstances involving confirmed fraud.
